Default Canadian Home/Real Estate 2011

As of Mid-February the CREA is saying that sales have been spurred in January and increased more than their lack-luster predictions of last year because of the 35-year amortization being reduced to 30 along with the maximum amount of home equity you can borrow being reduced.

Home Sales have still been sliding for more than a year IIRC:
